The Westfield High School Alumni Association is looking for CLASS AGENTS.

The WHSAA would like for each graduating class to have an individual that maintains a direct tie with fellow classmates. Some of the responsibilities would include:

• Delegation of responsibilities to collect and update database information for your class
• Have a direct tie with your class in reunion planning, promoting membership and providing newsletter stories and photos
• Be readily available with a known pool of talent to fill executive committee vacancies and fulfill committee assignments

We are also looking for VOLUNTEERS to be a part of the Association through the
INAUGURAL COMMITTEES in the following areas:

Newsletter Committee

Responsible for the creation of the initial and subsequent newsletters. We would possibly need one or two individuals to act as editor/s with others contributing ideas, photos, information and written articles/features.

Membership Committee

Responsible for gathering class mailing lists, implementing a computerized data base and eventually marketing memberships through newsletters and events.

Special Events Committee

Responsible for planning and scheduling all class events, homecoming events, and special fund raising activities.
